Robin Davis of Cherokee, OK Attacks Big Bucks Bash!!!

Congratulations to Robin Davis and her horse Chevy Freckles, the Big Bucks Bash Over-All Champions!

The Cherokee, OK sorter and her horse Chevy Freckles, a mare by Mr. Chevy Tough (Playgun, Meter Maid To Order) and Freckles Lady Sue (Louisiana San Peppy, Freckles Hustler), took home over $1500 in cash at the Big Bucks Bash, Labor Day Weekend Extravaganza.

The duo dominated, winning the #5 and #7 classes and drawing 5 big checks throughout the day. Along with her sack full of cash, Robin was awarded a beautiful, hand-crafted Dale Chavez Champion Buckle as the high money earner of the day.

The September 3rd show paid out nearly $10,000 cash and saw several contestants take home big payouts including Rick Gaston with over $1,125 in earnings and Donnie Dehner with over $1,025. Other high-profile NSCHA riders added big numbers to their 2011 earnings, such as Gerry Stephens adding $700 in his race for a Non-Pro World Championship.
